2. Our services

Grid Solutions provides turnkey solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services, including rooftop solar solutions for residential customers under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana scheme, and solar solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers. Services may include site assessment, design, supply of equipment, installation, commissioning, and assistance with applicable government subsidy processes.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

  • Any quotation shared with you is an estimate based on the information available at the time and may be revised after a site visit or technical assessment.

  • An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms, typically through a written agreement or signed proposal.

  • Government subsidy amounts (such as under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana) are disbursed by the relevant authorities as per their own rules, timelines, and eligibility criteria, and are not guaranteed by Grid Solutions.

4. Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or on completion) will be specified in your project agreement or invoice. Prices are subject to change until an order is formally confirmed. Any taxes, government fees, or statutory charges applicable at the time of billing will be added as per prevailing law.

5. Installation, warranty and maintenance

Installation timelines depend on factors such as site readiness, material availability, weather, and approvals from local authorities or electricity boards. Equipment supplied (such as panels and inverters) carries the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer; workmanship warranty, if any, will be specified separately in your project agreement.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests should be raised in writing. Any refund of advance payments will depend on the stage of work already completed or committed (such as material ordered or site work started) at the time of cancellation, as detailed in your project agreement.

7. Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about Grid Solutions and its services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for purposes unrelated to evaluating or availing our services. Content on this site, including text and the Grid Solutions logo, belongs to Grid Solutions unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of liability

While we take reasonable care in providing information and services, Grid Solutions is not liable for delays or issues arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including government approval timelines, grid connectivity delays, or force majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
